Samm’s Heating & Air Conditioning Nominate a Neighbor Giveaway – Official Rules
Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning is committed to giving back to the community.This year, we are donating a new HVAC system to a deserving family through our “Nominate a Neighbor Giveaway.”
- Eligibility
- Open to families within Samm’s service area (details at https://www.sammsheatingandair.com/).
- The nominee’s HVAC system must be at least seven years old or need repairs valued at $5,000 or more.
- Nominators do not need to be Samm’s customers.
- How to Nominate
- Submit nominations at https://www.sammsheatingandair.com/
- Deadline: January 17th, 2025, by 5:00 PM CST.
- Selection Process
- A five-member committee will review nominations and select ten finalists based on need and community involvement.
- Samm’s staff will vote to determine the winner. In case of a tie, a special three-member committee will make the final decision.
- The winner will be notified within 14 days of selection.
- Installation
- The new HVAC system will be installed in the first quarter of 2025.
- Prize Conditions
- The prize includes HVAC equipment and standard installation. Any additional work on the home’s structure, electrical, or ductwork is the homeowner’s responsibility.
- The winner agrees to allow Samm’s to use photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes.
- The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these rules and waives any claims against Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning.
- Participation grants Samm’s the right to use the nominee’s name and likeness in promotional materials without compensation.
- Samm’s reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the rules or tamper with the process.
After selection, Samm’s will conduct an in-home assessment to determine the appropriate system. Once a system is chosen, the installation cannot be canceled. The homeowner is responsible for any modifications needed for electrical, structural, or ductwork systems. Samm’s is not liable for any property damage or secondary issues related to pre-existing conditions in the home.
